Community, Culture and Events Committee Meeting (Open Portion) held on Wednesday, 13 September 2017 at 5.00 pm in the Lady Osborne Room, Town Hall.

Alderman Zucco arrived at the meeting at 5:03pm and was present for items 3 to 9.
Deputy Lord Mayor Christie was co-opted to the Committee
Alderman Burnet was co-opted to the Committee for item 2 and items 6 to 8.
Alderman Thomas retired from the meeting at 5:20 pm and was present for items 1 to 5. |

That the Committee resolve to deal with any supplementary items not appearing on the agenda, as reported by the General Manager.
