That the recommendation contained in the report of the Director City Planning of 16 September 2016, be adopted, with Alderman Harvey nominated to attend the Climate Change Roundtable discussions and the Compact of Mayors Asia Pacific launch of the 2016 Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Cities Report and Climate and Energy workshop.

COMMITTEE RESOLUTION:

That: 1. The Council nominate Alderman Harvey for the ongoing Climate Change Roundtable discussions;

2. The Council formally offer to host a future Climate Change Roundtable meeting; and

3. Alderman Harvey be nominated to attend the Compact of Mayors Asia Pacific launch of the 2016 Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Cities Report and Climate and Energy workshop, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 11 to 12 October 2016, noting that the associated travel, accommodation and meal costs are covered by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).

There being no further business the meeting closed at 5.03 pm.
