Special City Planning Committee Meeting (Open Portion) held on Wednesday, 2 December 2020 at 5:00 pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall.

 

COMMITTEE MEMBERS Deputy Lord Mayor Burnet (Chairman) Briscoe Harvey Behrakis Dutta Coats   PRESENT: The Deputy Lord Mayor Councillor H Burnet, Alderman J R Briscoe, Councillor W F Harvey, Alderman S Behrakis, Councillors M Dutta and W Coats.   APOLOGIES: Nil   LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Nil.

NON-MEMBERS Lord Mayor Reynolds Zucco Sexton Thomas Ewin Sherlock       Alderman Briscoe retired from the meeting at 5.50pm during the discussion of item 3.1.

Ref: Part 2, Regulation 8(7) of the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2015.

 

Members of the committee are requested to indicate where they may have any pecuniary or conflicts of interest in respect to any matter appearing on the agenda, or any supplementary item to the agenda, which the committee has resolved to deal with.

 

No interest was indicated.

 

 

 

 

Chloe Rudkin, Stuart Gibson, Andrew Smith, Tracey Batt, James Risbey, Louis Elson, Byrony Elson (Objectors) and Alex Cordova on behalf of Immobiliare Development Pty Ltd (Petitioner) addressed the Committee in relation to item 3.1.

 

3.1      Petition to Amend Sealed Plan 167721 - 7 Montrivale Rise             File Ref: F20/126963; 3315016P

PROCEDURAL MOTION DUTTA

That the item be deferred to enable written submissions from the petitioner to the Council and the parties on what may be the appropriate sharing arrangements towards the Right of Way within the schedule of easements to enable the maintenance burden to be equally shared.

COMMITTEE RESOLUTION:
