The Lord Mayor was co-opted to the committee for items 2 and 3.1.
Alderman Zucco left the meeting at 6:35pm during the discussion of item 3.1.
Alderman Burnet left the meeting at 6:32 pm during the discussion of item 3.1.
Alderman Thomas left the meeting at 6:30 pm during the discussion of item 3.1.
